Deborah Forgione and Anthony Forgione were married on March 8, 1975. A final judgment of dissolution was entered on March 22, 2001. The judgment observed that the ""Husband has serious health problems."" The husband died the next day. As the personal representative of her father's estate, Danielle Forgione timely appealed the final judgment. The estate challenges the provision in the final judgment requiring the husband to maintain a life insurance policy with a minimum death benefit of $1,000,000.00 naming the wife as beneficiary, to secure the alimony award.
