Chesnel Forgue, proceeding pro se, petitions for review of a final order of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA"), which affirmed, without opinion, a decision of the Immigration Judge ("IJ") denying Forgue's claims for political asylum, withholding of removal under the Immigration and Nationality Act ("INA"),*fn2 and relief under the United Nations Convention on Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment ("CAT"). For the reasons discussed below, we affirm the BIA's decision.
